Dear Valued Customer,
It is my sincere hope that you and your loved ones, your colleagues, and your customers are managing well and staying healthy during the continued spread of COVID-19. In the face of unprecedented challenges, all of us at Go!Foton remain laser-focused on ensuring the continuous supply of the products and solutions which we know are so essential to your business. At the same time, we are taking every possible precaution to protect the health and welfare of our global team while maintaining our capacity to support your urgent business needs.
I’m very pleased to inform you that we are continuing to deliver the product quality and performance that you have come to expect from Go!Foton. During the past several weeks we have developed redundant channels to many of our key supply chain partners in order to ensure a continuous supply of the critical components needed to manufacture our broad line of products. We have also implemented significant operating adjustments to accommodate the greater flexibility needed to keep our global work force safe, healthy, and highly efficient. And with the help of our multiple logistics partners we are now able to offer you several options for fast, uninterrupted, and economical delivery from both our factory in the Philippines and our NJ warehouse.
The net effect of our continuing efforts is that you can confidently depend on those fast lead times you have come to expect from Go!Foton for all of your cable assembly needs! During the month of March, we managed to ship 20% more product than our monthly average shipments for the prior 12-month period. We did so while shipping 80% of those orders within our normal lead times, even in the face of unprecedented operating dislocations. For the few orders which were in some way adversely affected by current circumstances, we managed to keep those delays to no more than 2 or 3 days on average. Thanks to the incredible efforts put forth by the entire Go!Foton family, our capacity for jumper cables remains exceptionally robust. And although our Philippine factory capacity has experienced some impact as the result of the COVID-19 crisis, our fiber connectivity capacity greatly exceeds our current customer forecasts, which means that we remain very well positioned to meet the critical project deadlines which drive your business.
As our nation and the world at large begin to recalibrate our understanding of what it means to be “normal”, we deeply understand the importance of your essential role in building and maintaining the national and global communication infrastructure that is so vital and essential to our very survival. I want you to remain confident that Go!Foton will be there for you. We are dedicated to doing everything in our power to ensure that you have the means to do your job.
I would like to thank you personally for giving all of us at Go!Foton the opportunity to be your partner during these challenging times. Please do not hesitate to reach out to any one of us, for any reason, but especially for those special and most urgent needs. From time to time, I understand that it is necessary to do even more in the face of overwhelming odds. Go!Foton is prepared and capable to step up whenever you need us to do so.
Together we will move forward!
